Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason and without additional costs, subject to the conditions below.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Under Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

• made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

All products sold on moonbears.it are handcrafted at the customer's request, often using personal materials supplied by them, such as clothing.
For this reason, once an order is confirmed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

When withdrawal is possible

The right of withdrawal may only be exercised in the following cases:

• Purchases of non-personalised products, if and when available on the website

• Orders placed by mistake that have not yet entered production (please contact us promptly in this case)

Returns and refunds

Where withdrawal is permitted, the product must be returned intact and in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of shipment.
