How to order

Every Moonbears product is handmade from your clothing full of memories.

You can choose between two options:

MONTHLY BOOKING SLOTS

If you would like to secure a specific production window,

you can purchase one of our monthly booking slots.

​

How it works:

• You can find the monthly booking slots HERE

• Book with a €30 deposit (deducted from the final total)

• Each slot covers 1 product. If you would like more than one product, you will need to purchase additional slots.​

 

Next:

• Send your clothing at least 2 months before production

• Around 3 weeks before production, you will receive the balance to pay

• Once payment is received, we make and ship your order

WAITING LIST

If you are happy to wait

This is our free option.

​

How it works:

• Enter your email address on the dedicated page

• You can check your position on this page 

• When it is your turn, we will contact you by email

• You can then send your clothing following the instructions

• We will assign you a production window

• Around 3 weeks beforehand, you will receive the total to pay

• After payment, we make and ship your order

GIFT CARD

If you would like to give a gift but do not have the clothing available:

• Purchase a gift card

• The recipient can use it whenever they wish

• Their order will be given priority, immediately after orders already in production (usually within two months of receiving the clothing)
