The sweatshirt that holds your memories
 
 
 
A simple sweatshirt becomes something unique through a detail created entirely in the Moonbears workshop: appliqué lettering made from your treasured fabrics.
 
Little outfits, shirts, bodysuits and fabrics connected to a person or a special moment are selected, cut and sewn one by one to form your chosen word.
 
 
 
The sweatshirt
 
For the base, we have chosen a sweatshirt made from regenerated cotton and denim by Rifò, soft, substantial and comfortable to wear.
 
It is made from 100% cotton jersey containing:
 
• 65% recycled cotton
• 28% organic cotton
• 7% virgin cotton
 
The fabric has an unbrushed interior, keeping it breathable and comfortable. Perfect for spring and autumn, and easy to layer during colder months.
 
It has a regular fit, comfortable sleeves and a slightly shorter cut at the front.
 
 
 
Moonbears appliqué
 
The lettering is made in our workshop, one sweatshirt at a time, using the fabrics you send us.
 
The letters are made using appliqué: fabrics are selected, cut, arranged and stitched directly onto the sweatshirt, transforming a simple garment into something deeply personal.
 
 
 
APPLIQUÉ LETTERING: maximum 5 characters.
 
You can also add small embroidered details around the lettering to make your sweatshirt even more personal.
 
 
 
Pre-order
 
This product is available to pre-order.
 
The sweatshirts will be made from January 2027, in the order we receive requests and fabrics.
 
After purchasing, you will receive all the instructions needed to send us the clothing for your appliqué.
 
 
 
A garment made to last
 
The sweatshirt itself begins with textile reuse: some of the cotton comes from old jeans that have been regenerated and turned into new yarn.
 
Moonbears then adds its own handcrafted touch, giving new life to your treasured fabrics.

Garment care
 
To preserve both the sweatshirt's colour and the appliqué, we recommend:
 
• a gentle wash at a maximum of 30°C
• washing the garment inside out
• avoiding tumble drying
• not ironing directly over the appliqué
 
As is natural with denim, the sweatshirt's colour may fade slightly over time and with washing.
