Production time: approximately 1 month after we receive your clothing.
 
 
 
HOW DOES IT WORK?
 
1. Order your Moonbear
 
Place and pay for your order directly on our website.
 
2. Receive your Moonbear Kit at home
 
We send you everything you need to send us your clothing:
 
• a guide to choosing your garments
• two bags to protect them
 
• Moonbear's story
• a ready-to-use shipping label
 
3. Pack your clothing and send it to us
 
Follow the guide, put your clothing in the bag and take the parcel to the Punto Poste drop-off point specified in the instructions.
 
Shipping to our workshop is already prepaid.
 
4. We make your Moonbear
 
When your clothing arrives, we choose and arrange the fabrics based on the colours, patterns and details in your garments.
 
From that point, allow approximately 1 month for production.
 
5. Moonbear comes home
 
Once finished, we place your bear in its special Moonbear box made from textile waste by Nazena and send it straight to your home.

• Moonbear box made from textile waste
• final delivery to your home
 
You won't need to arrange or pay for any additional shipping.
 
 
 
WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADD BIRTH WEIGHT?
 
We can make your Moonbear weigh the same as your baby did at birth.
 
The Birth Weight option is not included in the €290 price and costs €10 per kg.
 
Example:
birth weight 3.5 kg → +€35
 
Payment for this option will be requested separately before production begins.
